- Ability to manufacture specialized components and structures made from a variety of materials, including structural steel, super duplex stainless and stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, nickel and copper alloys, and other metal alloys
- Processing thicknesses from 26ga sheet to more than 5-inch thick plate
- Rolling and bending capabilities with five press brakes, several plate rollers, and a horizontal bar roller
- Custom manufacturing of OEM components and sub-assemblies (metal sheet, plate or structural steel for customer equipment and ductwork)
- Tanks and ASME Section VIII-DIV1 (“U” Stamp) pressure vessels (pressure, process, and storage vessels)
- ASME pipe fabrication (skid packages, piping spools, pipe manifolds, and prefabricated piping)
- Hygienic duct
- Quality precision with CNC Laser Center and CNC cutting and forming equipment
- Two Plasma tables for a variety of metals and flat materials up to 3-inch thickness, with a 10’x40’ material bed, an articulating cutting head for bevel cutting, and scribing capabilities
